Fremont County Stewardship Initiative
The Fremont County Stewardship Initiative is a community-based program designed to engage residents in hands-on environmental stewardship, education, and land improvement efforts across Fremont County, Colorado.
Through community cleanups, regenerative land education, pollinator habitat development, and citizen science participation, the initiative connects people directly to the land while creating visible, measurable improvements to local environments.
This work brings together residents, youth, schools, and local partners to build long-term stewardship practices and strengthen community connection to place.
